2024 COACHES
-
Men's A Grade
Zeb Kenny - Senior Coach
Zeb played 55 games & kicked 25 goals for the dragons from 2018 to 2021, as well as being an assistant coach during that time.
He has been an invaluable asset, through his unquestionable ability & experience but perhaps most importantly his leadership to the rest of the playing group. Zeb’s versatility is a major strength of his game. He has the ability to take control in the midfield and impact the game from stoppages around the ground. He is also a stable influence in the backlines, often putting his body on the line when he needs to and provides excellent rebound from defence. He also has the ability to sneak forward is a great finish for goal on either side of his body.
Zeb’s leadership to the playing group has been invaluable. He serves as a great role model and mentor to the younger boys of the playing group. We welcome him back in 2024 in his 2nd year as head coach, and we are very excited to see the future under Zeb’s strong leadership.

INSURANCE
The WOSFC has a public liability and player injury Insurance Policy through the AFL with Marsh Insurance (formally JLT). This is a minimum requirement to be registered as a club to play in any football competition. This insurance does not cover any protection for loss of income associated with an injury.
All registered members are covered while involved in club activities by a basic public liability insurance cover, and for players an insurance policy to help with costs associated with injuries. The content and extent of this cover is complex and detailed, Contact the club for further details.
The club considers, however, that it be mandatory that all players have at a bare minimum their own personal Ambulance Insurance, and the club considers it appropriate for all players to consider taking out their own personal insurance in line with their own level of risk of injury and loss of income protection (if any) that might be required.
